I was really preparing for a horrible day. Day 4-5 are supposed to be brutal. But I really was fine today! I bit of a headache, still foggy, but generally good. It maaaaaaay have something to do with the fact that I ate nearly half a loaf of this AMAZING banana bread..... It was so good. Sugar free and Whole30 compliant except for my vanilla.... but back off Whole30 police I am not hunting down a alcohol/sugar free vanilla for the purpose of this..... It was delish. And I think totally helped with my cravings and potential crash that was coming. In general I ate way too much today. I am feeling good, contemplating working out tomorrow and starting to have a bit more control on portions now that I seem to be settling into this.
The hardest part of today was going to Costco. I am really surprised on how much produce I am actually eating. I have been to the store 3 times this week to buy more! So today I didn't mess around and went to Costco. Stocked up on bok choy, zucchini, bananas, broccolette, mushrooms, sweet potato.... got it all! So the hard part was all my favourite Costco treats I couldn't buy OR SAMPLE. The damn samples looked sooooooooooooo good. I didn't think about that when I planned my adventure! But I made it.
Breakfast- the last of the latkes.... :(.... eggs, kale and coconut oil. 2 cups coffee and coconut milk
A TON of that banana bread during a play date
Lunch- big ass salad, random fruit
Dinner- Taco chicken drumsticks (SO so good. Definitely a make again!) guacamole, steamed carrots and broccolette with OO, garlic and mushrooms. Cherries for dessert.
Snacks- more bread, kale chips, strawberries and coconut butter, tea

Glad you enjoyed the taco chicken recipe! :)
I was over-the-moon happy when I visited Costco once during one of my W30s and saw them giving out samples of LARABARS! I may or may not have snagged more than one! :)
I loved it, the kids gobbled it up and Mike just ate it. Poor guy.....
